Lisa Kaschubat is an installation-based media artist from Berlin. Her works encompass the themes of corporeality, interhumanity and emancipation and their points of connection to technology and virtuality.

Within the video-installation I COULD PLAY NI CE she creates a playful and at the same time stifling atmosphere from which the viewer is immersively incorporated shifting from attraction and repulsion. Caught between two legs the work resembles a psychotic inner space in which pictures, like in dreams, are carriers of meaning, symbols of morals ideas, instructions f or action, bearers of cultural identity and collective memory.
